About Cole
Born and raised in North County, San Diego, I grew up learning the game of baseball, finding myself as an athlete. Working both hard and smart, I earned the great fortune of being able to play in the minor and major leagues, as well as internationally.
I am humbled and honored to be 1 alumni of only 18,593 to play Major League Baseball since its inception in 1869. Even more fortunate, being 1 of the 1,732 ever to play for the Chicago Cubs. Above all, I had the opportunity to work with and learn from many incredible mentors along the way.
My approach to elevating performance in baseball is holistic, focusing on body and mind. I am committed to my process, and with great effort we can realize your talent and make real progress.
I've settled down in my home town, started a family, and am committed to sharing my knowledge with those athletes in our community, genuinely seeking more.
